Prompt and professional replies to emails with good info and advice and setting up a time for installation.
Install team were great and super friendly with good advice on camera placement. They were also super sweet to our big gorgeous dogs! Great business to deal with.

I highly recommend this company. Brynn provided professional advice to me so I can make a better decision. His team is friendly and professional. Joy and Nick explained all the features in detail when they came to my home to install the cameras, and could answer all my questions. Appreciate their help.

FANTASTIC!
I had the dream team of Nick and Joy installing smart door locks, as well as garage and gate remote upgrades and truly couldn't be more satisfied.
They were punctual, professional and a pleasure to have in my home, working quickly, efficiently and cleaning as they went. Both Nick and Joy were very knowledgable about the products that were being installed and were able to confidently and clearly walk me through the set-up, and programming queries.
I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of both them, and Smarter Homes Australia, who have been so easy to deal with.
Would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone considering home security upgrades...would give them 10 ⭐️s If I could!

I highly recommend this company. The team is friendly, professional, and pay attention to details. The installation process was smooth. After the installation, they ran through the apps with me. I feel confident to operate the security cameras, and the smart lock. Now, I can sleep well every night. Thank you for your patient and assistance!

Brynn, Nick and Joy were reachable and patient in answering all the questions I had. They explained things well. The price was not cheap at all but worth it. Highly recommend them!
