Great service and EUFY system better than I expected.

Nick and Joy were prompt, professional and responsive to our questions. From planning placement of security devices to installation and showing us how to use our system, Smarter Homes Australia were great to deal with. Having Joy patiently step us through installing our app to using it, was great. Yes, we would recommend this company.

Several months ago I contacted Smarter Homes Australia to ask numerous questions about updating our extremely "unique" 🤣 intercom system we currently had. Brynn came out and gave me a quote amd thoroughly explained all that could be done to update the system. We were waiting on new NBN optic fibre to be installed, so we had to wait for that before proceeding with the quote, and Brynn was only too happy to answer further questions I had in the meantime. Once we had the NBN, I was able to book in an appointment to install quickly, and Nick and Joy arrived today to install our fancy new remootio and eufy camera doorbell and gate automation. They even threw in a complimentary Amazon Alexa! Extremely happy with the service we received and could not recommend them more. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Initial consultation with Brynn was nice and easy, he just knows the job so well and understood our needs on the spot, the quote includes all details of camera type, locations and other support service was provided on the same day, which we were happy to proceed without a doubt. We had Richard, Nick and Joy came today to do the installation, they are friendly, patient and professional, all works have been done smoothly and efficiently, one thing I would love to highlight is that they make sure the installation areas left no dust! After installation, Richard set up the system with me, explained the key features and common fixes if needed, then tested all cameras to make sure detections and notifications work properly. Our new home is now under the reliable security system, we just feel safer when looking at those 4K live streams. Definitely recommend Smarter Homes!

Nick and Joy came over to upgrade our front gate and garage door using Remootio which is now controlled via an App. No more worrying about finding the remote controls and I can share the App key so that family and friends can now have access to our home. Nick and Joy were extremly professional, curtious and helpful with all of my questions. I am also looking at utilising Smarter Homes Australia to automate my front pedestrian gate and front door. I would highly recommend.
